Digital cards are usually ran 24 up on a 12x18 sheet.. We always run 5 sheets over to compensate for the handful lost during trimming.. No one should order a certain amount of cards and end up receive less than the Order is for.. At least not at my shop!

Everyone should know their customers and what you can make off each customer.. Some will pay higher and some will always complain about prices no how low it is.. We have a great design team so that's always a plus in getting the price you want ;)

Any place that gang runs printing is not very accurate on color.. They will run 100 different people's card on the same run.. So colors are not the same as say a printer who runs one company card at a time.. Still a gang run but the color doesn't have to make a drastic change all across the...

Hi all.. I have a customer who wants me to letter their 5 tankers.. The decals are 66" x 190".. I was wondering what you guys think is the best 3M product to use? They will be just computer cut white vinyl.. No printing.. Thanks for any advice:beer

We run our double sided banner 2 faces up..cut..fold and then sew.. 99% of our customers don't mind that way.. Should save them money.. Unless weight is an issue

Profiles are just used as a starting point.. You should tweak it..and save it when your happy with results

Pretreating is done with a Wagner sprayer.. Unless you have another 5k to spend on a pretreat machine.. Service is great... Cleaning is easy.. Use windex to clean lines out..only really complaint is the cost of white ink..it's good for small runs or runs where artwork changes frequently.. 0h and...
