Not yet - can I use the cleaner in abundance around the head? Or just use the swabs?
Have done a manual cleaning before - just not sure if I need to do something more, or if this is a sign of something that can not be solved via a good cleaning.....???
Thank you in advance!!
Just started to notice this on a larger print (see pic). Any ideas? I am noticing black ink layered on top of both media clamps as well. Tried Medium, and Powerful cleaning. Any help is appreciated! Thanks!
Both are at lowest settings..........
Any other ideas/suggestions? Or do you attribute this to the temp/humidity of the room my printer is in? Thanks everyone for your time I appreciate it!
No rollers are pulling up the entire roll - but again, the end of the last roll when there is no real weight I had the issue throughout.
2 pinch rollers around 27.5" apart.....
Print is 24" wide by 17" height....so within those 17" that it feeds - I get headstrike on the material at random...
And great question about room temp.....it is on carpet but I normally don't have issues. In regards to temps - I am in MN and upstairs is pretty warm (around 70) since it is around 0 degrees outside. The problem hasn't happened long enough for me to make a connection between the weather and...
So I am having issues with my material (3M IJ35C-10 Air Release) which I have used flawlessly for a few years. All of the sudden there seems to be "bumps" in the last 2 rolls. I have the Vacuum setting up to Max.....and it doesn't seem to get rid of the wrinkles in the material - which is then...
I did - wasn't quite sure how much to "shake," - ha. I probably did similar to what I did before.
After multiple runs it seems to be improving - so not sure if it just took a while to get a constant flow through the lines.
I am concerned about the machine not recognize that new ink is...
Nozzle print was fine.
Yes, Roland Ink - not an off brand.
Let me know how that went Dave - and where did you get a new board?
Thanks!
Green is better - but still not as bright as it should be - considering the first one was done with same profile and settings. I closed down the printer and...
I just replaced all 4 inks in my 300V - replaced with 440ml Eco-Sol Max - same ink I have always used. I have 2 issues:
1 - when I click down on Menu and Ink Control - the machine acts like I do not have new ink, there are no bars next to 1 2 3 4 - it doesn't beep and not let me do anything...
I normally print my wraps and lam after they degas - then, if customer wants I overlay fluorescent or holographic on top of the lam. However - has anyone printed a wrap, applied fluorescent overlay, then lam everything to protect the cut fluorescent vinyl? Or would there be gap issue with the...
Roland SP300.
Hit Cleaning and Power at same time - remove the maintenance cover and then hit enter. Head is supposed to move all the way to the left to the open bay - but when I hit enter, it says Close Cover Dry-Up of Head May Give Damage - and it will not move over so I can clean...
I will do a thorough cleaning and report back - in the meantime, I am going to start stashing away $ for a new head as well.
Thanks guys, appreciate it.
Anyone have any suggestions on why the black has a whispy bleed to it on my wraps? Just started doing this - seems like all the other colors have sharp edges. Any help is appreciated, thanks!
Hi, I am very interested in some of your laminate. Is there a chance I could receive a sample book? I print a lot of wraps for motorsports and am very interested in adding some more effects to my wraps with laminate. Any help would be appreciated! Thank you!
