    I have found my green to be very inconsistent too, what I do now is run a gutter strip down the side to check the colours and I have even tried shaking the cartridge up a bit as I think the ink might be settling in there. Do you find that your nozzle test prints vary in intensity of the green?

    by port, I mean the usb port. Mine is on USB008 Virtual Printer port for USB. It might be worth also checking the printer in each of your usb's once it is installed and see if it is recognised

    Mine works on 32bit Home Premium...... It wasn't easy to get it working however. I can't recall what I did to get it going in the end, but persevere with it a bit and see what happens. Try uninstalling/reinstalling the driver and make sure you set up the port correctly

    Thanks Bly, Yeah I scanned their website and they have little to no support for windows 7, 32 or 64. I have the printer running successfully from the driver on a 32 bit machine with windows 7, and installed Onyx on this machine too, but got the same results (or lack of results) as the case...
