Thanks Josh, it is a brand new roll out of the box - but yes, the boxes are all stored horizontally, but with the plastic roll ends on - but would this still be a potential issue? I have just checked 15ft worth of printing and it is all over the show :-(

Anyone know what might be causing this? I am printing on Gloss Canvas with a GS6000. It is doing it randomly, not right across the sheet, and only every now and then. TIA

There is a system out there that is similar to a pizza box, it is cardboard and looks like a 'normal' stretched canvas - cannot remember what it is called for the life of me though, if it comes to me I will let you know......

You probably dont want to hear this, but it could be a blown motherboard. Do you have another computer/laptop that you can try and connect to just to rule out the computer side of it?

Here's mine, I clean it every monday morning, and by this time of the week it is usually worse than this

I tried a whole lot of long cables, extenders etc much the same as you have. The only thing that works reliably for me is a single 1.5m USB cable. Anything else gave the same issues you are having.....

This might sound like a really stupid suggestion - but it happened to me! Check your ink cartridge! I had a similar problem and had to suck ink back through with a syringe, and had the pleasure of a vacuum being created and it sucked all the ink out of the cartridge into the maintenance...

If I lived in the USA that would be an option. By the time I shipped that here and took into account the exchange rate, I would be paying the same :-)

I would looove to do this, but just dont have the time, got that many projects on the go at the moment I would never see my family :-)
