Wensco has it.. if you go on the website its under Products - Substrates - metal - Alumalite - then 6mm or 10mm I would recommend using end caps for it

That worked good for NS just had to break text apart as letters were spaced closer together.. thank you.. Now for "IGHT"

I have wrapped the edges of substrates but usually don't, and when I trim, I like to have the print bled .25" or whatever and use a metal file like shown to trim the excess away it gives a clean cut on the vinyl/print and rounds it just a hair so it doesn't want to peel up

RTAPE VinylEFX I have never printed on this so I don't know what the final outcome would look like, but if you can print and cut this might work for you instead of outsourcing.

At another company we used Ultraflex JetFlex as well with a L26500 and had the same problems ALL the time. it got to the point where we would roll out how much was needed and cleaned it with ISOP.. Basically we quit using it and went with Grimco Forward Banner...
