I just got the new roll in and tried it again and it is printing the same way. I know it is loaded correctly because the matte side is down and it is printing on the gloss. I am not sure if I should just try and get a matte roll or what the problem is with this material. I never had this problem...

Thank you. Most of our work is motocross graphics on vinyl so that was a new roll I just got in. I got ahold of them and they are sending a new roll out since we usually only have one roll of banner here with the amount we print them.

Thank you. This was a brand new roll and the first foot printed out perfect and now it all is looking like this. Is that saying something is bad with the material since I have never had to wipe any banner material off and so far it has printed this way for the past 5' I have tested on.

I was just going through the settings and we are currently at 120 for the ink density and it will not let me go higher than that. Am I missing something to adjust that? I did find all the info in Flexi to adjust the profile to a higher pass but it still won't let me go above the 120. Thank you

Yes it is 54" and has 4 rollers. Can we just raise the one in the back that we do not use and then use the two outer rollers and one in the middle? I will have to try it tomorrow but the material is only 15" wide so the way its paced with the rollers only 3 can fit on the grids.

Thank you. We just got this brand new two weeks ago and it works perfect on the 30" material but this 15" material it seems to be going off for some reason. I will check it out and see what we can figure out on that.

Thank you That did fix that problem. Now I am having the problem where the vinyl is loaded in straight but by the time its done reading all the registration marks it somehow is crooked and won't cut correctly. We have it working perfectly with the 30" material but for some reason on this 15"...

We did talk to HP and they said wiggle it around in the printer to try and get it to register. Who knew just loading the ink in like its supposed to wouldn't be enough and you have to wiggle it around in a brand new printer.
