I post heat 100% of my wraps and i dont worry about the heat effecting the paint I try to post heat between 150 and 185deg f. But i always post heat entire job even flat surfaces just to be safe!
General formulations is the only thing i use that has no water mark on the back, but i only use there cal vinyls....love there 203oap for yard signs and such.

just make sure you lock your head down! tape the lid shut and a few other common sense things when moving something like your printer but the head is the main thing.
