Yep i have a 54" and i cut a lot of the same materials i use a CBO9U blade and my force i keep between 18 and 22 mostly depending on the material brand some cut different than others just something you learn with use.

I use catzper charts it prints out 1000 variations of the pantone color, but you have to adjust you color based of the LAB numbers in flexi works great for me.
