    I have been using this for about a week and my production people LOVE it, not to mention me! You can even change the color of the grommet marks to show up on any color! Well worth the money if it saves measuring and stabilo (blue grease)pencils!

    +1 I just had this issue and I replace the o-rings on the dampers and voila! Last ditch effort will be a damaged head. I would look under the printheads and see with a flashlight. Just slide it all the way to the left and remove the silver cover and get underneath to look. If you see lines...
