    I am printing x3 120" x 36" banners, a 8'x4' banner, 66"x72" banner, x2 120"x18" banners & finally x3 5'x3' banners. Running 2 printers at a time, listening to Bowie & hoping you guys can keep me up! Let's hear it!

    Did you try changing your temperature? Seriously, I know I keep saying it but it does work.

    The background is a very different color of blue that bands on 4 & 8 pass. 16 is the only way I can print this.

    I am printing on poster paper right now and I am getting the same effect. I slowed the speed down, turned off the heater and print 16 pass. Worked out beautifully!

    It is your temperature. Too much or too little. I have this problem all the time. Find your happy medium and voila! What material causes this trouble the most? 3M? If so, the temperature is EXACTLY what it is.

    I am looking for some help on the best cloth banner material. It will have to be solvent and at least 63" material. Does anyone have any feedback?

    +1 It looks like there is a scratch on your yellow right next to the test draw that is out. Hopefully not, though.

    Yeah, sorry x2. I just ordered a new capping station. Everything works until I did the disway wash. Yellow was SO SLOW going through. Cyan is perfect. Thanks for all your help. It seems that great minds think alike!

    ok...I have the damper full again but still nothing coming from the second yellow. The damper moves in as it should with suction. It fills just as before. The only thing that I can think of is the capping station is not getting suction.
