Apparently, there was a recall on this particular year of Jeep Cherokee. The recall had to do with the clear coat and paint. I have seen things like this before, but not that extreme.

I had a wrap last week that was peeling. The panels were not sticking because his clear coat was coming off. We had him sand it and clear coat it and the vinyl stuck. I have never seen anything like that!

I have never really thought about it, but I guess it does. It has a calming affect...or maybe it is my rock n' roll playing! :rock-n-roll:

Try canned air on your media sensor. Also, the black rubber piece that is set in the platen...that is what your sensor uses to find the edge of the material. It looks for the contrast between black and white. Try cleaning that also.

The white static material I use works if you print normally and apply ink side to clear window or back side to outer window. I have never had a complaint! I just printed some for the windshields of Hondas. The clear I reverse print because I can. The static cling material I use is from...

If you use 3M products, they warranty an overlap of .50" to 1", I use .50".

does your printer print white? If so, use that as a primer.

Did you flush out the ink system and follow the instructions in the manual for changing the ink system? If your cartridge chip does not work/expired, I have seen another type of warning. You can just bypass that and still use them...
