It can be done.
4 holes need to be dug. 2 holes for the sign w/ 6x6 post at least 42" deep w/ cement the other 2 would go about 4' behind the other holes and install 6x6 post w/ cement with the post just coming out of the ground about 1'. Then use (2) 2x4's to brace each post by screwing them...

That didn't work either. But it did mess with my internet connection.
Here are my ip addresses on the printer and computer
Computer:
IP: 169.254.38.191
Mask: 255.255.0.0
Printer:
IP: 169.254.71.245
Mask: 255.255.0.0
GW: 169.254.71.245
Any clue how to get these to communicate?
I really apereachate all of your help guys. I did all that and I just cant figure this out. Is there another way to connect the printer so I don't have to do this?
what if I tried a parallel cable instead of a Ethernet.
I looked at the printer and it gave me the IP address of 192.168.137.128 and I tried to change the port in the production manager to that same IP but it still cannot find port.

When I go to print a job in Rip and Print it the file rips but it doesn't do anything after that. I open the production manager to check the status and it says "Cannot open port"
