Wow! What I love about our 360 and 365 and 25500 is we can print and and leave. We use the platen covers and leave them on all the time, and NEVER turn the machine off. Also just found out the heads needs to be stored standing up.
I am looking at the 560 and trying to determine what the...
Look for a local electrical repair vendor, google something like "electric graphic service+ name of my city". That or ask a local commercial printer who they use to fix their machines.
We have been very happy with our 26500 since 2011, and the newer 360. However I quit trying to print plain paper and bought a cannon tx3000 for a different market.
The other day on the 360, it gave me an error that the heads should be checked and the image quality may be off, even though I could...
That is what we did when we started making banners. We got rid of it. If you are making banners all day long, I would get a welder instead. Otherwise banner hem tape will last couple of years. However this year we switched to power tape. It has a higher cost, but no hemming or folding...
Hi have given up trying to print on poster paper with the hp. The only way I can make it work is to thread it on the take up reel. I am seriously thinking of getting a aqueous printer just for short run poster printer like a Canon ipf770
I used to have a tons of crashes on my 360 running 15oz smooth scrim, until I installed the silicon blanket over the platen. Hp sent it out at no cost. I never have taken it off. The only time I get a crash like some one said above, is when you use pre heated material. I also use the end...
you may need to replace the belt, mine did that for a while. It made a clunk on the left side. I tried putting extra oil on it. I think our tech replaced the belt and it was good.
We have, and it was some kind of loose connection. I was on vacation at the time, and my guy told me they fixed it with rubber bands. I am not kidding.
btw, do you turn your machine off at night? I have had my L25 since 2011, and have never turned it off according at the suggestion of a tech.
Also for $25 call HP and they will give you a week of phone support for that problem.
afraid it may be a virus. I would not install/download it. delete it and go to hp site.
