    I just did all the upgrades. I am still getting just 4 marks. I am sending a pdf with 256 labels on a 47 x 20 ish file size. Any ideas?

    Mirror Could you just hit the mirror key for each page, then print ? I just took a pdf, (a small one) and brought it into id, hit the mirror key, then exported back out to a pdf in a flash. It could be the print function is in adobe is buggy. What about using the rip to mirror it ?

    Thanks for the comments, On the hp you can set the temp to whatever setting you want for a particular job (at least with the onyx rip). I wonder if you could just use standard heat transfer material, and turn the heat down to below the melt point, and let it air cure?

    I have to print 51 sheets 54 x 36 of the same file. I want separate register marks for each sheet. Is there a way to do this automatically, like with a script command?

    It is the substrate. I tried all the so called fixes, and all the problems went away after I changed to a substrate that does not warp or S under 200 plus heat.

    I had several of these issues also, but most went away when I started using a 3m substrate.
