If you use versaworks you will have to add your own contour cut registration marks because versaworks wont print the summa marks, only roland style. Flexi will work with both but if you design in corel or adobie you will need the plug in to add the marks.

in the contour cut setting tab, select send as separate jobs on the first tab select hold in list not send now. send to product manager both jobs will be in the manager now and you can send the print then send the cut.

your issue may be fixed with the 1" indent but look at the distance between marks. The old style used the same distance no mater the quantity. The new system seems to divide the total length then adds the marks making them different distances apart for different quantities. So if I print a file...

thanks for posting, we never have been able to get solid colors on clear with our VP-540. probably a profile thing but I thought it was because the inks were translucent and needed the white background to make them opaque.

How about a pic on the carbon? is the clear still on the white backing? are the colors opaque?
