If you are buying from US Cutter, you are probably getting old stock... that may be why their prices are so much cheaper than other places. I bought some vinyl from US Cutter about a year ago and I used it for one job (profanity laden weeding sessions) and the rest is still sitting on my rack...

The design has limited potential but it is not terrible. I would steer away from the "cutesie" looking mascot/cartoon character but that's just my own opinion.
Finished Polystyrene signs
Here is a photo of the finished sign. I think it turned out great. They wanted to get away from the boring black & white and come up with something more modern and colorful.
