I have ordered a couple times from US cutter, no vinyl just tools and supplies, and have yet to receive something not damaged or defective. When trying to tell someone about it I get the run around and eventually give up trying. Not impressed with their customer service or packaging methods.

Well first things first...Your VinylExpress Q54 is NOT a Mutoh. It is a Graphtec FC8000. Try using that in your set up and see what happens.

I have stamped the back side of some decals on the enduragloss vinyl with a self inking stamp with no issues

I have several rolls of the SignWarehouse EnduraGloss vinyl and none of the rolls have any printing on the backing. The rolls are a couple of months old but if I had to guess, I would say the current rolls are still a plain white backing paper. I have had good luck with the vinyl also...

Yeah, it made a mess. Just to update a little bit. After further inspection I found that I have some air bubbles in one of my Cyan lines. I am assuming that because the bag in the cartridge blew it allowed it to suck some air. Still curious if this could be caused from anything I did or...

Thanks for the replies, yes it is easy to re add them. But as was stated, I did have jobs holding. I have accidentally deleted a setup with the delete key before but that's not the case this time. I have flexi 10 and flexi cloud but was never able to get it registered during the free upgrade.
