Last I knew, the Enduralam machines were just re branded US Tech Laminators. I didn't get the Enduralam when I purchased from SW but bought the US Tech separately because it saved me about $3000. I love my US Tech and many people on this site are happy with theirs too.

I though maybe it was in the file but its in the same spot on anything I print that covers that area of the vinyl. I couldn't noticeably feel a temperature difference. Ill look into the pinch rollers.

Tired of fighting to get a decent red to print. Some things I can get away with it but ive had 2 customers complain its too orange. Im using Flexi for design and RIP on my VJ1204. Just curious what others are having luck with.

I have been fighting a clogged tube on the left side of the pump for months. Usually its the white plastic adapter so I keep extras on hand. This time tho I think its the clear tube itself. What is the best way to clear the blockage?

There is a little ink splatter on the cable but it doesn't visually appear that it has eaten into it at all.

No, nothing lights up on the control panel. I can push the power button and the machine will start up and initialize but I cant push enter to measure media width and when I push the power button to turn the machine off it doesn't turn off.

SW says either control panel or main board...is there a way to determine which to replace?

I just went to turn on my VJ1204 and the control panel is dead, the machine will turn on but there are no lights on the panel and none of the buttons seem to work! I cant even press enter to initialize the media to print anything! someone please tell me if this can be fixed or what I need to do!
