I used it once for a 3x5 printed logo...not really a full wall mural. About 3 months later i was re doing it with another material. I used to use IOM a lot but last year it bit me in the @$$ and cost me a couple grand in re do's...on race cars. Haven't ordered anything from them since. Yes...
What is your printer doing? I finally got mine up and running and had 2 bad heads right out of the box. HP was great and overnighted me the replacements.
That might just work depending on price. I would be interested in a sample roll even if it wont work in this application, it might be a product to incorporate into some other jobs. Ill be ordering some Laminate from you soon so if you want to just wait to send out a sample with that that would...
This will just be provided to the dealership. They have been using it for years so they are fully aware that it needs to be removed and replaced within 30 days or they run the risk of leaving some adhesive behind. Being a low tack film, they have had zero issues in the last 4 years according...
Actually, you are both correct. However, it is more for the sales department than the service department. Service is using generic paper floor mat covers. The sales department uses the clear adhesive to basically cover the carpet on the floor to keep it clean during test drives and it stays...
I would have to look at one of their current ones but I am pretty sure what they have now doesn't have white ink behind it. If I remember right the logo wasn't very vibrant at all. Would this be latex printable if I don't need the white ink?
I have a car dealership that is wanting to start purchasing some plastic adhesive floor mats from me. What they are currently getting is 4mil, clear plastic with their Logo printed on it in full color. They tell me there are about 500 mats on a roll with an adhesive on one side. I am having...
Of course not, trying to find someone to do drywall is like trying to find a hooker during the day....damn near impossible around here! I'm half tempted to just attempt it myself.
The only way I have every gotten a good, solid, red from my 1204 is with a double pass. of course it uses twice the amount of ink and really saturates the vinyl, BUT, it was a beautiful red. I let it dry a couple days before laminating.
Depending on the design, it shouldn't feel like plastic at all. I prefer heat transfer over some of the silk screening on shirts that I have. After a couple of washes its almost like its not even on the shirt.
I have a USTech and when I'm ready to buy a new laminator I wouldn't hesitate to go to them for a new machine. After some initial issues with the speed control box blowing and replacing it a couple of times, Dave at ustech sent me a new motor which has fixed the issue. It has been going...
Yes, and no...WrapCut is slightly different than the original WireTrim. WireTrim is a pretty innovative product for the bedliner industry. WrapCut was a great idea but it just doesn't work near as good as the WireTrim tape that has a metal cutting wire in it. I haven't used any of the other...
I am out on the tutorial BUT, the few times I have used it it has worked well for me....IF I remember to leave myself enough extra tape that I can get the string wrapped around my finger a few times to give it that quick initial yank to get it to start the cut. After that I have found that...
Ive got it vectored, just figured if there was a font out there Id go that route before I try to alter it to make the numbers the same height and not look skewed too bad.
