thanks guys. Just got it back together. It was a mess. Cleaned it up best I could and I works a lot smoother now. The printer did eat one of the screws. Looked for about 15 minutes for it and finally gave up. Seems like every time I take something apart on this thing I loose at least one...

Mimaki JV3 keeps getting a wiper error when it cycles every couple hours or so when the its not on. It did this before about a year or so ago and I cleaned it and oiled the shafts the wiper runs on. I tried doing that yesterday and it was errored out again this morning when I came in. Also...

I had the same issues. Kept trying different profiles until I found one that worked. If I had the time and cash I would invest in profiling software and figure out how to make my own.

thanks coles. did the battery trick last week per your instructions on here. Works great. I doubt the inks are gonna gel up a month or two after they expire. I had a couple inks that expired in december and they worked fine.

good luck, i tried this on my mimaki and panther cutter last week. Ended up putting a cut line on the print and cutting by hand.

Well i changed the head height to thin and it seemed to help when printing 16 pass. 8 pass still looks bad. I also changed the ink limit from 250 to 300 and that may have helped a little. I dont think its a profile issue as much as I think there is a problem with the machine. Chicago what...
