Hello I have a JV3 and Flexi sign pro I use Arlon DPF profile on just about everything at 700 x 700 dual CMYK......for arlon banner material 13 oz........ Does any one have better suggestions ????? Thanks

Flexi is OKAY!! No Problem there are a lot of cool things to do with with print!

Simple As long as the quality of the bitmap is good. Go to the bitmap toolbar and press the magic wand key and click on the part of the bitmap (background you dont want) White leave the tolerence on 0 then go to bitmap in the commands and click on make bitmap transparent then click the check in...

Oh I almost forgot........my pump was leaking too......replaced it also!!!!!

I had a bad rubber in my capping station...so the yellow dried out . It was doing the same thing and I couldn't draw ink.....soaked it for just 10 mins after new capping staion and it worked

I have had it since Flexi Cut!!!!!!!! It used to be great...I have not had the stability problem you guys talk about . My computer used to crash with it but it was the processor. Since I have installed the 2.6 Quad core and 8 gig of RAM things are good on vista and I don't sit and wait too long...

Last night I printed on some Avery that had little As all over it and it was terrible...tonight I printed on ???? reflective with the 3651 and heat set at 50 and 55 and it came out beautiful..does anyone know or have you used the reflective with the little Avery logos all over it???

Can I print on reflective vinyl and how...what profile with Scanves Amiable??

Check to see if the cleaner is staying in the rubber when you nozzle wash(you know when it says fill the ink!)

Oh and also don't spring for the whole capping station(it was a rip off) I could have gone to Solvent Ink Online...I think it is an Ebay store?

I had the same problem with the yellow head, but my pump was leaking. Also my capping staion was not holding cleaning fluid. This didn't work for me but my tech told me to take off the back and find the pump with the black ink in it and seperate the connection and use syringe to draw the ink...

What Profile should I use on 13 oz banner material?? I use the JV3 130 SPII and FlexiSignPro 8.5. I am now using DPF4560GT profile just because color is great!!!!

I thought maybe I had my head too high(too much space) the dealer had me adjust it using 2mm dibond. My head is clean!!!! I had a problem with a pump and had to do extensive cleaning! So in Flexi 8 I believe I could change the color etc 100% to 80% now in 8.5 I don't think I can????
