I thought maybe I had my head too high(too much space) the dealer had me adjust it using 2mm dibond. My head is clean!!!! I had a problem with a pump and had to do extensive cleaning!

I have not found a good banner profile in Flexi 8.5? I use Arlon for good color match...it used to work great on banners. I use Arlon DPF profile???

What is best for translucent applications , printing on the white material and then putting that on clear plastic??? I have done some on White polycarb and the color washes big time. Any suggestions would be appreciated I am using a JV3 130 SPII with Flexi Sign Pro 8.5. I do use 16 pass.

Yes I did have a problem like that. I took a piece of 2 mm di-bond and (oh unplug the machine) Take off the black cover on the heads. Loosen the holders for the heads and put it in thick. Place the di bond under the heads. Lower the head to thin(loosen four screws on the outside of the perimeter...

Lo and behold...I took apart the capping station and switched the last cap (white inside and the problem moved to the cyan) and then I noticed on the white part of the capping assembly there are three tits......one is broken off. Is that the culprit??? I put a toothpick(peice)in the whole and...

I also cleaned the rubber peice I tried pulling ink thru the tube to get the ink thru the head but to no avail

I took the back off and clamped the hose and it still won't hold fluid

But it is either and or the capping station and pump.... it is loike the capping station is leaking????? I have tried to block the line and it still won'y hold fluid in the capping station(yellow) all other colors are fine. I am worried that my head will dry out. I can't get a new capping...
