We are using an Epson 1280 for our transparencies. In printing tiled trans. for oversized prints, the images never match up. I have tried different overlaps to get the images to square up. Still of by about a 16th" Anyone have a solution for such a dilema?

You might see if the print head is raised or lowered. Lowered gives sharper prints. We raise the head on banner material
