Does any one know what the ALM 2 means? It just showed up yesterday and now it won't heat up past 34 Degrees Celsius. I went through the manual but it doesn't say anywhere in there what the Alarms on the heating control panel mean. I have emailed US Tech but haven't gotten a response because its...
We are going to be looking at small format UV printers. Mimaki, Graphics One and CET are on our list.
I was wondering if anyone can shine some light on adhesion promoters for metals. Stainless Steel and aluminum?
Thanks
Is it possible to replace the heads in this printer and if so how expensive would it be. Or is there a process to take apart and clean the print heads?
I'm looking to sell my Seal 62+ laminator. It has dual heat assist rollers. Both rollers are in very good condition. One minor nick out of the top roller. Looking for $3500 OBO. Pick up only. We are located in the Chicago land area. Please PM for pictures or with questions.
Thanks for looking.
Just ordered the new Laminator last night. Working with Dave from BestDGI was a breeze. Called him a couple different times with questions before the purchase was made. Should be shipping out today and here early next week. Can wait to get this thing. I'm replacing an old Seal Image 62+ that has...
I came into the shop this morning and found that the printer says that all 4 colors are missing ink. Seemed a little unusual as I have had in the past maybe 1 or 2 cartridges go bad but all 4 at once seems very strange. I tried swapping them out for new cartridges but still says the same thing...
I'll be heading to Las Vegas to purchase a new Laminator. I'm looking seriously at the US Tech Heat Assist 65". Was wondering if there is anything else out there around that price I should also look at?
IM having an issue where my laminator it will be running perfectly and then it just stops in the middle of the run and auto raises the roller. It's been doing this whether I'm mounting prints or putting a overlam on. Any ideas what is casing this to happen?
His laminator is causing me major problems. I'm trying to lam Oracal 3651 With Oracal 210. Any time I try to use material wider than 36" I just get major wrinkles. I can run 36" pretty well in 10'-12' sections with no wrinkling. I've tried a push pull gauge to make sure the rollers are even...
My printer made a crash sound and these parts fell out but it continued to print and went on printing just fine for 4 straight hours. Any idea what this piece is?
Went and saw a demo of this printer this week from The Magic Touch. Was pretty impressed but wanted to see of anyone had any input from actual user experience.
Just looked at these at ISA and man it looks like they have made some super improvements. Saying it is twice as fast as the L260 and the heat up time is down to around a minute and a half. If this is true it might be worth the upgrade. What do you guys think?
IM looking for a desktop system that can print in the13x19 range. I've looked at the Ricoh printers and some of the Epson but was wondering if there are any other systems I should be considering?
I've been mounting Oracal 3651 Transparent Laminated with 210 to painted aluminum and today i noticed that it is starting to delaminate from the aluminum and the edges are rolling up. The Aluminum is painted with a glossy enamel and we purchase it from Wrisco. Any thoughts on why this would be...
I'm in the middle of building a new Media profile and this is my first one. I am on the ICC Build and it keeps getting stuck at 40%. Any ideas how to get it to build the ICC Profile or something I'm doing wrong?
Hi all. Here is a picture of a sign we printed laminated and cut. It's .010 polycarbonate subsurface printed. Mounted to .060 PETG using D and K white mounting adhesive. We have made thousands of signs using this process and never seen failure in the field like this. Any ideas on what what would...
