had issues with other oracal products do this to me with designs with heavy ink around the edges only way i can get past this is by putting a white outline.. 5600 is a heavy adhesive im not sure why you would have this issue. other than the normal surface prep issues. Laminating helps out a bit...

i have never heard of glass shattering due to vinyl being applied... as far as heat goes i guess that would depend on the build quality of the window. if you think about windows on cars they can stand very high amounts of heat from being closed up and out in the sun all day.. long story short...

letting rapid remover sit on it for a few min. then we hit with alcohol for final cleaning. takes a bit of elbow geese but that combination usually removes the yellowing caused by an eraser wheel for us.

ya pump up basically empty's the lines and dampers of ink then refill's them. wastes quite a bit of ink doing it. you can access it though the service menu

just to update this. i performed a pump up and somehow that solved everything... anyways back up and running again. Thanks for your help Mainframe

ya i attempted that. upon power up on the display screen - wiper try is not filled ( i press enter) -change cl-liquid for wiper (pull out cleaning cartridge replace with new one) - change cl-liquid for wiper it doesn't even try to fill.

VG 540 drained cleaning solution in the wiper blade tray. however on refilling i cannot get past the set/change cleaning solution screen.. cleaning solution bag is about half way full. in the off chance it wasn't enough i replaced with a new bag and still getting the same issue. any ideas here?
