Was just about post this tip. I'm working on a wrap for a shuttle right now and we asked the company that sold us the buses for it. We got a vector PDF.

Ok My guy reported back that with heat and pressure it did not stay stuck down. He lifted it up and tried some sort of spray adhesive. Its stuck down but he says there is sort of a shadow. He's going to talk to the people that produced the vinyl.

Thats what I told him. Gentle heat and pressing down with something like a rag or a roller so he doesn't "smear" the vinyl.

I've used oracal 3551 RA for over 10 years. I tried IJ-40C as a suggestion from my vinyl supplier and I just didn't like it. I think its was the recommended lam wasn't smooth almost like it was painted on with a brush.

Is it flat or more 3d curves also how big? How about Oracal 3551 RA with 215 lam it pretty stiff. I just printed some. As for how well it comes off not sure. When we are done with our vehicles they are junked. :)
