Yes, i think the Cyan head has seen better days, but if I replace the Cyan head I will still have the alignment issue. I'm not too worried about the overspray problem at the moment, I need to know how to adjust the head. Any Ideas ..?

Can anyone help with this....? The Cyan head has an alignment issue. I am getting a lot of cyan overspray, and the Cyan looks to be about a quarter of a mm out, It's noticeable on some things more than others..... Its a JV3160SP I have looked at this...

Dunno if this will help.... I had some blocked nozzles on black head (Mimaki) - so I replaced the black ink cartridge with cleaning solution, and pulled through from the pump with a syringe... All nozzles cleared...repeated with Black Ink Cart inserted....All good

If you haven't already, check that the lines are still connected to the bottom of the Cap Station - It's dead easy to pull them off accidentally when messing around at the pump

If it's not getting to the Caps - have a look at the Dampers - If it's not getting to the dampers, track back to the carts...

I only have a JV3... so no choice .. If speed's an issue, on banners and lower res jobs, you could run it at 8 pass ... quite nippy and not much quality loss ... 3 heads eh
