Yes, i think the Cyan head has seen better days, but if I replace the Cyan head I will still have the alignment issue. I'm not too worried about the overspray problem at the moment, I need to know how to adjust the head.
Any Ideas ..?
Can anyone help with this....? The Cyan head has an alignment issue. I am getting a lot of cyan overspray, and the Cyan looks to be about a quarter of a mm out, It's noticeable on some things more than others.....

Dunno if this will help.... I had some blocked nozzles on black head (Mimaki) - so I replaced the black ink cartridge with cleaning solution, and pulled through from the pump with a syringe... All nozzles cleared...repeated with Black Ink Cart inserted....All good
If you haven't already, check that the lines are still connected to the bottom of the Cap Station - It's dead easy to pull them off accidentally when messing around at the pump
I only have a JV3... so no choice .. If speed's an issue, on banners and lower res jobs, you could run it at 8 pass ... quite nippy and not much quality loss

My JV3 is on full solvent and print darker blues very purply.... I usually boost up Cyan, and Reduce Magenta in the RIP to get the blues right. The Wiper assembly on...
