I did a search on here and didn't see anything about this so I thought I would share.
I wanted to do a reverse print of our logo, second surface, on clear acrylic so I did a quick design. We don't have any transparent vinyl so I thought about using some of the free Briteline laminate we got...

The wireframe shows the contour of the gradient object but there's a big square around it, I asked her to convert to curves before sending it
I'm sure it's all generic templates and stock images, I didn't design the webpage
I did tell the boss we need to put our own work on there once we get some
So I got sent this which was made in Corel and you can see the raster pixels in the gradients which I'm sure aren't supposed to be there, so I was wondering if the file wasn't exported correctly and something got lost in translation? she sent me an eps and an ai file and they both look this way...
I hear you about the commonality of the whole peachtree thing, I'm not a fan of the logo either but the boss likes it, I've already made suggestions to fix it.
my other idea I had was to use a photo of the Atlanta cityscape and place out logo on that but I can't find a high enough resolution...
Boss man wants a standing banner in the entrance so I'm coming up with a couple of design ideas, what do you think (you can tell me it looks like garbage I don't get offended easy)
