thanks but i think i found the problem it is one of two things i check the slider board and one of the iu pins is reading at 2.5k instead of 5k so i am hoping that it is the slider board and not the head cause i just change the head about 6 months ago

my mimaki jv 33 160 does it's auto cleaning and stays on after it does not go back to sleep mode has anyone seen this before and is there a fix for this any help would be great
my mimaki jv33 160 comes out of sleep mode and switches on and it powers off when i try to print it will only work properly when i switch off from main power and start it up again was working fine doing it auto clean and then go back to sleep mode now when it do it's auto cleaning it stays on...
thanks got it working it was air in the head took some time to get it out but got it now my black is giving the same problem will have to do the same thing with that channel and lines.
i think there is air in the line cause the dampers are now fully compressed and have no ink in them the dampers are news but i keep reading about the o rings are those the o rings in the clamps at the top of the lines.
my jv33 160 dampers losing pressure on cyan and yellow after i change the dampers they would not compress when i do a fill up this happen after my cyan cart was changed out for new one the cyan and yellow just droped out is there any way i can solve this problem.any help would be welcome
just a suggestion here but i think the inks you are using is causing the problem try another type of black ink i use sts inks and they work fine on my jv33 with no problems and you can try soaking the heads for a while and then try a normal clean but bulk cartridges like the ones you are using...
i tried all of the testing the other problem here is that the machine gives no errors just goes back to boot when the cleaning is done, i would also like to know where i can get original mimaki parts and if they will be willing to ship it to south america .
