You are going about this all wrong, yes you can size up your vector image in your RIP, but as it has been explained already you can not size up a raster image without pixelation in any RIP. It's a better practice to enlarge you raster images to their full output size in an image editing program...

I agree and have done this a few times with very good results, just remember DO NOT RUB or APPLY VERY MUCH PRESSURE, just a very LIGHT TOUCH so the cleaning solvent can soak up into the head.
