No, it wasn't Futura. I'll try the other suggestions, perhaps it's one of the six million variations of Futura but it wasn't the regular version.

Not sure if it's available in the US but I use Spartan Oriental Cotton Canvas and my customers are rapt with the quality. No glare at all and great to work with.
