Thanks a bunch, I'm going to switch 'er over to black and see how it works!! I have been using different profiles (clear for clear vinyl, white for white vinyl, etc.). I can't recall having any issues with the white vinyl so far.

Thanks for the comments. Really the only thing I use Flexi for is for the same -- importing my files from Corel and just using it as the RIP/cutter controller. We'll see how Flexi 10 works out, hopefully it'll cut the cake. :wink:

I might just then try reinstalling from the Summa Printer Tools (i think it's called?). If I understand you right, process -- CMYK -- colors are NOT part of the Summa palette? I guess I'll have to create them manually if not there after reinstalling the palette. Thanks!
