A super late thanks and update.....I changed my email and was unable to fully login/reply till I finally figured it out. Anyway printhead replaced successfully, new dampers/o-rings installed and it is now back and flowing like butter!!!! Glad the solution was that "simple".

I just replaced our vj1204 printhead, the black was partially clogged and the head was over probably 5 years old. However with the new head, now during cleaning, yellow line(s) will pull ink through a little bit, then feed back to where it originally started. At first it seemed like a vacuum...

Long story short, I upgraded to 10.5 from 10.0 (sign-pro). Rather than redownload and customize the printer/icc profiles, I just copied and pasted from the old 10.0 folder (under Windows' Program Files) into the new 10.5 folder.......I did it for the .icc profiles and my predefined saved media...

The dongle on our Flexi Pro 10.5 partially fried a while back, and after calling SAI, was given a price of $235 to replace it!! Would have been a timed replacement, until they receive our "bad" key back. This was now over a 1.5 years ago, I've just "put up" with it because it runs for so long...

I'm having problems with Magnum Digi-Mag magnets flying off vehicles. Has anybody had problems with this? It is the Digi-Mag, .030 24" rolls. We print/laminate/apply to the magnet. This has happened twice now, first was with several 8" ROUND magnets, second time (just now) with 12" x 18" magnets...
