I got a thing of clearshield by Marabu. I tried to put it in a sprayer, but it was so thick none of them worked, which is why I tried to thin it with water, it says it is water-based, but that did not work or i did not use enough. The spray can stuff works fine but this stuff is so cheap it...

How the **** do I get this stuff to lay flat? it always seems to stipple or if i press to hard, it gets streaky. Do I need to thin it with water or something? It cannot be this difficult to apply a nice even coat of this cheap crap...
