i think you should be able to run both plotters from Composer/GSPPlot. add the new plotter device in GSPPlot and list connection type (USB). then you can send cut files to plotter just like you would your 375.

i've had CDR files saved as ai/eps files do that on occasion. offset path slightly and weld/merge (then contour back inside if needs to be exact) to remove the island connectors.

at our shop, we call it "back-slit decals" or "backslitting". we have a machine that will take single sheets and cut them to variable depths, with adjustable cut wheels that can be moved depending on the prints and desired cut areas.

i think that some of the scanner compaines and image editing folks (Adobe Photoshop) won't complete a full scan of currency. even our basic office copiers have a no currency scanning statement on them.

could it be the rollers had a crown that has now become flat? some of our older laminators had to be resurfaced since the crown helped "boat wake" the laminate to allow center pressure and let air work out to the edges.
