Have them mounted on a rail. Then you only have a few mounting points and you can adjust as needed to get everything level.

For your contour cut, set the parameters to -.01 or -.02 and it will cut just inside the object.

We supply a local glass etching place with mask all the time. They always just buy whatever leftover color we have in 651 to keep it cheap and they have never had a problem. I personally haven't tried blasting glass with it, but they say it works perfectly.

Our 25500 does the same thing. Banners suck in latex machines, that's my conclusion.

We've used B2 as well for some very large banners. Their pricing is ridiculous and the banners have been really good.

These are in an arena. They are 7"x7", customer would like one closer to 18"x18" but needs to look like the rest of the units in the arena. Anyone know the name of these units and where I could get one made?

We have a 10' pop up with our graphics, header and lights on it. A small double sided light box, a 4' wrapped counter and a wrapped monitor pedestal with 42" monitor looping a video portfolio. We're actually setting it up tomorrow for a show, so I should have pictures shortly.

If we do a design in this instance, we show the design on an iPad in person and submit our price on paper. No money, no artwork of any kind goes in their hands. Been burned too many times by the cheap clients & local hacks that couldn't put out an original design thought if their lives...

Good banner tape will work. I usually use HH-66 for pole loops though. I've found it's much better, especially since banner tape tends to let loose in hot weather or with a little age.

Try Palmer Imaging in Pittsburgh. I know they have a 16' printer that prints on lots of materials. Exactly what materials, I am not 100% sure of.

There was an actual billboard for a Sugar Daddy dating service....I wish I had gotten a picture of it. The classes were very good, the exhibit hall, IMO was a bit of a disappointment.
