Are you looking to add another pinch wheel or replace a broken one? There are some parts available, but we can't get the whole assembly. So, if your pinch wheel wobbles, we can probably get a new base for it, but you have to transfer all of the other parts over to the new base.

It looks like a head got knocked out of alignment. Can you post a picture of the nozzle test?

Have you tried just installing the latest? I've jumped over gaps in firmware many times without problems.

If there was nothing obvious like a media jam or something else blocking the carriage, I first recommend that you clean the encoder strip if power cycling doesn't solve the problem. (While it's powered off in back, check to make sure that the carriage moves smoothly and easily.) Good Luck

The upgraded firmware changes the cleaning routine. Once the head stops moving, you open the left maintenance door and remove the cut rail, then pull the carriage over by hand, clean the heads, push it back over the platen, replace the cut rail, close the left door, open the right door, clean...

No. You can create files in Omega, and export as PDF or EPS and print through a RIP to the HP, but Omega doesn't support printing to the HP printer.

If you're using Roland inks in that model, I've had them sit for a couple of weeks torn apart and was able to recover the print heads 100% Longer than that and I would be sure to flush them out as RJ said.
