    Sounds about right. If you try to open the pDF in illustrator it will ask you for the fonts (if missing) if you place it, it just places the whole PDF.

    Take a pic of nozzle check too. Also if there is an air leak, it might be full of ink in the dampers and ink lines when a print starts, but after a bit it might lose it's seal and ink dropout

    Try getting it to fill up via a Nozzle Wash. Not sure what a pump tube wash is...but if you hit function to fill the cap during a nozzle wash (granted you have solution) you should get fluid out of the tube.
