  2. ok I really want to know...

I had a local celebrity musician lease space in our building but with about 4 months left in his lease he just disappeared. Amazing!
  3. Costing Spreadsheet

Evan, This is awesome. And what a time saver this will be particularly as supply costs are so volatile these days. Thanks very much.
  4. Need Help 3M LX480mc - help

That's a good idea. I'll reach out to my supplier, thanks. In the mean time everyone must be pleased knowing that the new 3M DI-NOC Finishes are now available in Canada. I just recevide the email blast from one of my suppliers this morning. Now I'm not sure how it solves the shortages of some...
  5. Costing Spreadsheet

    That's terrific, thanks very much.
  6. Costing Spreadsheet

I suppose my question was too vague. I am creating new spreadsheet to cost out production for different products and services. I can create one from scratch but if someone had one already created that they would share that could save me some time. Possibly you downloaded/purchased one online...
  7. Costing Spreadsheet

Anyone have experience with a production costing spreadsheet?
  8. ok I really want to know...

I've had the pleasure to dialogue with a ton of people on this forum that have been honest enough to provide encouragement, insight and education on many subjects. Even a few light-hearted off-colour jokes to liven things up. I'd say fame or no fame, these so-called celebs are lucky they crossed...
  9. Need Help 3M LX480mc - help

Apparently no date has been given by the manufacturer as to when it will be available. In the mean time has anyone had to mix media brands? We have a chunk on a wrap that has to be replaced and of course nobody wants to wait until the 3M LX480mc is back in stock. I'm concerned that the results...
  10. CutContour, whats so difficult?

Is it worth having a few of your key clients over for an in-house session or is that too complicated?
  11. Looking for 1/8" tempered hardboard S2S (smooth two sides)

Hey Team, I am looking for anywhere between 50 to 100 sheets of 1/8" tempered hardboard S2S (smooth two sides). Anyone have a source? Thanks
  12. Alternative to banners in a school gym?

We offer a few scaled up versions of plak mounting called flush mounts and float mounts. The main caveat would be that plaks etc. are mounted directly to the wall where banners can be hung pretty well anywhere.
  13. Tempered Hardboard

Hey Team, I am looking for anywhere between 50 to 100 sheets of 1/8" tempered hardboard S2S (smooth two sides). Anyone have a source? Thanks
  14. Employees quit after a few weeks?!?!

Good point, there are many avenues that are available that often as small enterprises we overlook.
  15. Employees quit after a few weeks?!?!

Single White Female opens a sign shop. :)
  16. FLEXI HELP

Yes, and the stock answer was the option to pay for additional training. I think they missed or ignored the point altogether.
  17. FLEXI HELP

I am the management, but regardless I never asked for anything for free. But substituting Youtube videos for baseline training and education on how to use their software to the fullest is not education, it's entertainment.
  18. FLEXI HELP

I want to add that I am not against paying for training. What I am against is lousy training right out of the box for which paid training is the substitute.
  19. FLEXI HELP

IMHO, the basic training offered by Flexi is non-existent. This as akin to selling someone a car, throwing the keys at them and saying good luck. This is such a ass-backwards process. I pay a fee for Flexi each month, yet I have to search high and low or answers that at the end of the day are...
  20. Employees quit after a few weeks?!?!

It's not a prefect process, and after 30 years we still get caught, but we try to run with the motto "hire slow and fire fast". It's not perfect, but it does make us slow down and really evaluate the new hires properly. That means properly vetting their resume, driver's abstract, references...
