They did lots of work to the fills, and there are some nice additions and enhancements for the fill for sure. I like the smooth tool a lot... it comes in very handy in a lot of cases! haha I was being careful to write my last post in a way that I wouldn't indicate I had beta tested as well...

I used to have a ton of problems with Oracal 210 and using the big squeegee, until I switched to Matte vinyls. One day I decided on the next roll of 3651 I ordered, I'd try the Matte version... completely night and day difference with the 210 and the Big Squeegee! The backing pushes right out...

I haven't used a Graphtec, however on my Roland I have found when doing the perf cut, that I experience this when I've got my cutting speed set too fast. If I slow it down (and use a 60 degree blade) it cuts much smoother. Perf cut is great, but I find you have to test and tweak each material...

+1 This is the easiest way... where I worked previously... if we weren't certain we had the proper dimensions, we added a few extra inches to the face and instructed the installer to trim on site. Never was an issue.
