I'm only guessing... but I'm thinking it might not be an actual font. Look at the "a"'s... unless my eyes are deceiving me, they don't look the same...
I used for the first time the other day Orajet 3651 in Matte and really liked the output. Also made it super easy to laminate with 210 and a BS.
On the red/black though... Looks almost like the colors/ink is bleeding together? Maybe the heat setting?
Can you post a picture to give an example of what you mean by it wrinkling? I have a VS-300, and I can't say I have ever had my media and/or ink "wrinkle" when using white...
As mentioned, X5 and newer have the palettes included and they work well. Just make sure when you export your EPS file that the "Convert Spot Colors to CMYK" is unchecked.
It's strange... when I used it, I found it very smooth and didn't see any of the issues you pictured. Is it possible to have a bad sheet?
How does it look without the vinyl... is it smooth as expected?
I have had limited experience with it, but we printed directly on it, and did not apply vinyl.
It's odd your picture... its as though it crushed the honeycomb structure and showed the center...
How did you apply the vinyl?

Just wondering if the new Stinger product by Coroplast would be flexible enough for this? I haven't had much experience trying to flex it in any way (and I don't have any on hand here right now), but it's an interesting product I think...

You'd be correct about the Roland machine and matching colors. I too use my own custom profiles, however I had an inkling they'd need something larger than I can provide, so I printed using the Generic 2B profile in the event I had to send it out. So while an exact match wouldn't be 100%...
