I can't even get them to come up. I unplugged the air hose and the one went down. The vacuum on the right side comes and goes too.

Morning all! One again I am having issues with this flatbed. The registration pins will not come up but, one is stuck in the up position and I cannot get it to go down. I have turn the flatbed on and off, updated it etc. Thanks again! Caren

It is Bi directional . I also just did an Origin alignment test and it shows that the Cyan is missing some of the dots on the far right So, I'm assuming It need's to be aligned then? Anyone help to do that whit out calling tech. as you know they charge an arm and a leg.
