I've been noticing more and more threads lately of people having problems with their HP latex machines. Seems to be some issue with the newer models and ink delaminating from vinyl after being laminated. I've also noticed a lot of people saying there is a ton of wasted time/material everytime...

I see that weld on #10 is used for bonding dissimilar materials, but it isn't clear. Does anybody know which/if weld on can be used to bond polycarbonate faces with acrylic letter track?

When emailing proofs to customers, does it look to the customer as though you are sending them the proof/quote personally? With shopvox anything sent out gets to the customer via shopvox.com. ( for example it will say steve@signcompany via shopvox.com as the sender.) And the body of the email...

This is very unsettling as we have a lot of 210 laminated signs out there. Have you spoke with oracal about this? We haven't noticed any "burn" in upstate NY.

Put an 8' or 10' pallet in the bed with the tailgate up. I usually lay some cardboard down, put you sign on top of that and then a couple pieces of scrap coro where I'll strap it all in. Works good but then you have no place really to put any ladders. Have also used 2 ladders as the pallet...

The idea is to save time tiling and lining up panels during install. There are graphics that flow from below the windows through the windows and above the windows. Above and below will be regular vinyl. The windows aren't continuous, but very little gap and the gap is fairly flat painted...

Does anybody recognize this graphic? Have an autobody shop we do work for looking to replace this on one side of this kia. If I can't ID it we'll draw up something similar and do both side of the car so they match. Thanks,
