Customer did these in InDesign 6 she's saving as 4 and sending back to me. Hopefully this helps

Ok I have a customer who sent me In-Design files as well as PDF's. The In-Design files I can not open says missing plugin's. The Pdf's seem to be freezing Flexi. It's opens and I can see the artwork. But when I go to zoom out or click on anything. I get the Flexi not responding messages...

Try clearing the jobs from RIP then close production manager and then reopen and try again. If it does it again. Same thing but do a reboot
