If you are running two of the same printer from onyx, try naming one of them something different. I had a similar issue with two Mimakis that went away after I gave the printers different names. It may or may not work, easy fix worth trying though.

Right on both counts. Keep your profiles calibrated at least monthly + every time you change or reseat a printhead. I'm getting perfect color matching on across a Latex 1500, 3200, and 360 doing this.

Short of doing lots of trial and error, the easiest way to get close would be to get the sherwin chart or book, then print a large pantone chart on whatever material you're using and pick whatever matches closest. Keep both charts for later use.

I'm assuming you are using the same profile on both computers and all the same settings. If so, try recalibrating the profile on your main computer. Export the profile and import it to the other computer. Your results should match.

This is likely the problem. We have had the same problem in the last 3 months. HP admitted they had massive amounts of ink problems with a recent manufacturer. Get a new box from with a later date on it and empty and refill the heads.

You can usually order square cut coro for maybe $1 more/sheet. The amount of trouble it saves attempting other methods is worth it.
