Hello What kind of file is that? EPS, TIFF, PDF? EPS files are transformed in huge files by versaworks! try printing tiff or pdf if you don't have a cut contour. I hope that helps!

Watch out! Man, be careful with chinese stuff. It's a lottery!! You better pay 550-600 Euros for one original Epson print-head(560 euros in Belgium - DigiPrint Supplies e.g.), rather than pay 600 bucks and get...nothing. Watch out! This is just a friendly advice coming from a technician.
