Hi The guilty one is the cable card. If you try couple of times to move the pinch rollers, it's possible to be OK until the next unsetup. So, replace the cable card. It's the flat card who's making connection between the cutting carriage and the main board. It's a 15 pins flat cable card.

What rip/print software do you use? If you use versa works, i think that reinstalling it, will solve the problem.

Advice Try to do manual cleaning also for the cap-tops, wipers and scraper. It's useless to do manual cleaning for the print head if the others parts are dirty and have all kind of...things on them. The print head is going to capping position and take dirt and other stuff from there. Best regards.
