Somewhere in here there is a thread (actually 2 threads which were within a few pennies of each other) which estimates HP printer uses about .29 cents per square foot for contour cut and .32 cents for full coverage. I use these dollar amounts for estimating then add my material/laminate...
  4. Best way to re-do this wrap

I just finished this van up. I'm almost embarrassed to admit that I simply removed Gino from DL's design and added some windows for a quick proof and the customer said - LOOKS GREAT! LMAO! Here is one side. I went over the top and used some knifeless tape, which didn't work the best on some...

Like Caribmike and DL, I reuse my vectors! I have used the below grass vector MANY, MANY times, distressed flags, water swooshes, and abstract circles lots of times! After a while you start to remember the ones you already have and use elements from them. I'm going to check out some of the free...

  13. 2024 Ford Superduty Door Rattling?

Good luck, sounds horrible. I lost the nut not long ago in the door of a Ford Explorer police vehicle. I had to bring it to the body shop and they took the panel off. Lots more wiring for sirens, etc. Was a nightmare for them.
  14. Inventory management:

On those 10 sheets, maybe create a ticket system so on the 3rd last sheet it says "re-order now" with a ticket they have to bring to the office? Same with the vinyl rolls. I always put my empty cores on my desk so I remember to reorder. They do have barcode systems with scanners. I don't know...
  15. Question Acceptable size for banner

I agree. I have templates so I just open '2x4 banner', add the artwork and print. I have a cutline and a fold line. Just seems easier from start to finish. Must be the difference between men and women LOL

Etsy has TONS of very cheap SVG's ($2.00 for 25 soccer logos). I use them a lot for school stuff.
  19. Weeding reflective

I hate weeding reflective. I like the Oralite better than Avery. To remove, an eraser wheel is the way to go.
  20. Inventory management:

I used to have an excel spreadsheet. Each roll or each sheet got a small little number sticker. I would enter the item into the spreadsheet with the cost. When I used the item I marked the number in the spreadsheet. After some time I realized I really never went back to look at the spreadsheet...
