It's flat paint, if can't get it off should I spray it with some clear gloss or will the vinyl stick to the flat paint?

Yes, I laminated it. The spray paint is pretty bumpy so I would like to get as much of the bumps off as possible. of course it's cold outside so that sucks.

Original sign is vinyl on 3mm ACM, I made 2 boards and they installed the boards then as you can see they put bricks over the top of the vinyl/board. 2nd time, I did as many of you said and simply placed a new vinyl decal over the old logo, with a red outline as the edge - worked like a charm...

Find the basic font then create some stripes and create a "cut out". I could recreate this pretty quickly...faster than looking for a font.

I'd like to know what grommets others use also. I'm not sure if it's my grommet machine or the grommets but the little circle that gets cut out is always stuck by a small piece and I have to pull or cut it out. Is it the grommets or the press?

I would use regular black. If you want the gradients in there you can just send the print to signs365 on printed vinyl with a contour cut and then use black cut vinyl for the words below.

Maybe a high tack vinyl like Convex brand? I haven't used it in a while but when I did, it worked very well. I believe they can send you some free samples.
