Thanks guys...I must need to figure out the correct way to use the Rollepro because I attempted using it on this project in the beginning, failed, gave up on it, and am now using the old finger technique on approx. 2000 rivets....needless to say my fingers are now raw!!

Whats techniques are tried and true for heat sealing rivets on a vehicle wrap (more specifically, box trucks) and have you found any tools that have made the process faster?

Like has been mentioned...make sure you get a contractors permit, in my town it's like $100...and most definitely make sure you "CALL BEFORE YOU DIG"! I love a challenge myself and wish you the best with this...but do it the right way!

iSign, from Illustrator to VersaWorks do you notice any problems in your print if you have a transparency or Effect such as a dropshadow?

When you use a transparency or Effect you get the pop-up screen that you see in your OP...My tech made some custom settings in my EPS options for this and I have outlined what I think were the steps to do that in this thread...

does your "EPS Options" window pop up after that?

Not true, if you can find the right distributor. Garston Sign Supply in Rochester, NY carries roll stock in either 30 or 36". N. Glantz is another distributor that I use but their roll stock starts at like 48".
